The excellent performance characteristics of the air-o-convect furnaces allow them to successfully use any cooking methods – from steaming to roasting. Among the outstanding innovative features of the air-o-convect convection ovens are:

• a double-acting fan that ensures uniform cooking;
• automatic built–in washing system - just select the desired cleaning program, the oven will do the rest by itself;
• automatic steam saturation system with 10 different stages and a flap that can be opened and remove excess moisture from the working chamber.

A two–stage work cycle allows you to combine two consecutive stages with different parameters - first a stage with high humidity for uniform baking, and then a higher temperature is set to create a ruddy toasted crust. In addition, thanks to the use of a thermal probe, the cooking process will stop automatically when the temperature inside the product reaches the set value.

The air-o-convect Touchline line differs from the air-o-convect line in the execution of the control panel – in Touchline models it is equipped with a touchscreen.
